Mandatory Requirement: Opening Video

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide an unboxing/opening video of the package. This video should clearly show the label and the condition of the product as you open it.
No Opening Video = No Return / No Refund.

5-Day Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery.

Video Proof Required

An explicit unboxing video and clear photos of the defect are mandatory.

48-Hour Refund

Approved refunds are processed to your account within 48 hours.

Return Process

1. Record Opening Video

Before opening your package, start recording. Capture the shipping label and the entire unboxing process clearly.

2. Submit Request (Within 5 Days)

Go to "My Orders", select the item, and upload your Opening Video and clear photos of the product/defect.

3. Verification & Approval

Our team will verify your evidence. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide shipping instructions.

4. Instant Refund

Once the item is picked up/received, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

Important Details

Non-Returnable

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, worn, or washed items
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Lingerie & innerwear (hygiene)
  • Customized products

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment source (UPI, Card, Netbanking). For COD orders, we will request your bank details.
